Under the authority of FSSUPT MARVIN T CARBONEL, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of BFP Pangasinan, BFP-Lingayen personnel, led by FSINSP ARLYN G DIWAG, Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a fire and earthquake drill in coordination with the LDRRMO for the Municipal Government of Lingayen staff.
