We extend our heartfelt congratulations to P/ENS Paul Vincent D. Dacpano PN of Brgy. Quibaol and ENS Lance Neilsen Nava PN (RES) of Brgy. Poblacion, both from Lingayen, Pangasinan, for successfully graduating from the Philippine Merchat Marine Academy (PMMA).
Their dedication, discipline, and love for country have made not only their families proud, but the whole town of Lingayen. As true sons of Lingayen, they have chosen the path of service and patriotism showing that our town continues to raise future leaders and proud servants of the nation.
