47th National Disability Rights Week

In celebration of the 47th National Disability Rights Week, children with disabilities enjoyed a heartwarming and educational visit at the Lingayen Municipal Public Library during the Fun Activity for Children. They were joined by Mr. Eon Cris Mendozal, President of the Lingayen Federation of Persons with Disabilities (LFPWD), and dedicated SPED teachers Sheena April Godoy, Kristime Joy Oh, Kissel Pasuquin of Lingayen I Central School and Lynnie Tandoc of Baay Elementary School.
