A Courtesy visit to Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil
Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Chairperson, USEC. Joseph Encabo together with Regional Director Josefina Bitonio and staff paid a courtesy visit to Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil and discussed their intention to put up their Regional Office in Lingayen. LGU Lingayen expressed its willingness to enter into an agreement with CDA and initially reserved the 1,000 square meter lot at the Lingayen Government Center in Brgy. Pangapisan North in this town to be utilized by the said government agency.
