The Lingayen Municipal Public Library proudly welcomed the officers and members of the Philippine Alliance of Retired Educators (PARE), Lingayen Chapter, as they held their regular monthly meeting within its walls. Led by President Dr. Linda Andaya Grubb, retired Professor of Pangasinan State University — Lingayen Campus, the gathering showcased how the library continues to serve as a vibrant community hub. Here, retired educators come together to share wisdom, spark conversations, and shape meaningful plans–providing that learning and service never truly retire.
