ADVISORY TO ALL LGU LINGAYEN EMPLOYEES

Please be informed that pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 on the adoption of Energy Conservation Protocols, the Local Government Unit of Lingayen will implement a four (4)-day onsite work arrangement effective March 9, 2026.

Under this arrangement, office hours shall be from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, except for frontline offices, which shall remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services to the public.

This work arrangement is temporary and shall remain in effect until further notice or until lifted once conditions allow.

All employees are advised to be guided accordingly.
