OCTOBER 27, 2023: Child Development Workers of Sta Cruz, Zambales LGU visited Lingayen yesterday for their benchmarking activity in some Daycare Centers in the Municipality to learn about best practices that they can adapt to their learning environment and teaching techniques in their locality.
