Organizational Meeting held today at the Municipal Conference Room w/ SMART Communications, Inc. together with Sangguniang Kabataan of Lingayen headed by SK Federation President Gabriel Ivan Tuazon, MPDO, MSWDO, MTO and Local Youth Development Officer Arvin Ungson to discuss the upcoming launching of “Better Lingayen Tomorrow, Mental Health Wellness Program”.
