Brgy. Unang Sigaw, Quezon City Barangay Council and Functionaries Benchmarking in Lingayen

Barangay Council of Brgy. Unang Sigaw, Quezon City headed by OIC Punong Barangay Orlando Mamonong visits the Municipality of Lingayen today for the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Benchmarking Activity on August 18, 2023.
The group was warmly welcomed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with various department managers led by Municipal Administrator Roberto Sylim.
The Mayor proudly shares the best practices of Lingayen and local activities that draw crowd in this town like the famous Lingayen Bagoong Festival, Libreng Kasalang Bayan and more.
The department managers shared their functions and roles in the municipality and in the active coordination with the 32 barangays of Lingayen especially in SGLG compliance.
Punong Barangay Mamonong expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the LGU and to the Municipal Local Government Operations Office (MLGOO) for accommodating the council to gain more experience and knowledge about the town and its local governance practices. (MIO)
