Nakikiisa ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Lingayen sa buong Simbahang Katolika sa pagdiriwang ng Kapistahan ng Kapanganakan ng Mahal na Birheng Maria.

Empowering Local Talent: LICAS Receives New Uniforms from LGU Lingayen and Pursues Official Accreditation

The Local Government Unit of Lingayen headed by Mayora Iday Castañeda, through the Local Youth Development Office-Lingayen has provided uniforms for the 25 Officers and Members of the Lingayen Cultural and Artistic Society – LICAS.

From an unrecognized group of performers, LICAS is now making strides as it applies for Civil Society Organization (CSO) accreditation from the Sangguniang Bayan and registration under the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) of the National Youth Commission.
