I. Objective

1 Full Council Meeting for calendar year 2019 held at President Hotel in Lingayen, Pangasinan on November 27, 2019 hosted by LGU Lingayen thru the leadership of Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), through Secretary Eduardo M. Año, conferred the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) award to the local government unit (LGU) of Lingayen, among other LGU-awardees in the country.
