Consul General Li Xiaoyan Visits Lingayen for Discussions on Future Collaboration and Development Initiatives

A meaningful meeting was held in Lingayen with the visit of consul General Li Xiaoyan, together with officials from the Chinese Consulate.
Joined by Vice Governor Mark Lambino and Vice Mayor JM Crisostomo, the discussion focused on future projects and building stronger ties for the growth of Lingayen and the entire Province.
