Courtesy Call for “Undas 2025” Coordination

The Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO – Lingayen), Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) conducted a courtesy call and coordination meeting in preparation for the observance of “Undas 2025”.
The activity aimed to strengthen inter-agency coordination and readiness measures to ensure public safety, smooth traffic management, and prompt emergency response during the annual observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days.
Key discussion points included:
-Deployment of personnel in strategic areas such as cemeteries, transport terminals, and coastal zones;
-Communication and reporting protocols during the monitoring period;
-Pre-positioning of rescue and medical teams; and
-Public safety reminders and information dissemination.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of the involved agencies to uphold the principles of safety, preparedness, and collaboration for a safe and orderly Undas 2025.
