Courtesy visit of the new Regional Director of PNP Regional Office I, PBGen. Westrimundo D. Obinque to Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with other officials of both PNP regional and the provincial office. Gen. Obinque gladly thank his idol and mentor Mayor Bataoil during his time in the academy and in the service. The new RD recalls how Mayor Bataoil and a former General inspired him to finish his years in the PMA and made him his role model.
