As part of the celebration of Tourism Month 2026, the LGU Lingayen, through the Lingayen Local Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, invites all non-professional photographers who are residents of Lingayen or students of schools in Lingayen to join the Lingayen Tourism Month Photo Contest!

With the theme:

Capture through your lens the beauty, heritage, culture, traditions, people, and unique places that make our beloved Lingayen truly special.

Whether taken using a camera or mobile phone, let your photographs tell a story and showcase the heart and soul of our town.

Submission Deadline: September 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM- Extended until September 28 (12:00nn)

Submit at: Lingayen Local Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office

One entry per participant only

Entries will be judged based on:

• Relevance to the Theme – 40%

• Creativity and Visual Impact – 30%

• Composition and Photo Quality – 30%
