LGU Lingayen is proud to support the 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration. Aligned with this year’s theme, “Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas,” we continue to advocate for a Gender Equality & Inclusive Society where every woman’s voice is heard and valued.

This initiative is led by our very own Mayora Josefina “Iday” V. Castañeda, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), in proud partnership with JCI Lingayen Liberation II. 🤝✨
