We started the month with prayer and a shared vision for a better Lingayen. Today, Mayora Iday Castañeda, Municipal Administrator Lydia Pioquinto, department heads, LGU employees, and visitors gathered at the Municipal Atrium for our traditional First Friday Mass.

The service, presided over by Most Rev. Fidelis B. Layug, DD reminded us that true public service begins with gratitude and faith.
