Pontifical Mass led by mass celebrant Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas. The fiesta mass was sponsored by the Municipal Government of Lingayen headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil in honor of the Feast of the Epiphany. Happy Fiesta, Lingayen!
