April 3, 2026 – the Lingayen MPS, under the dedicated leadership of PLTCOL JUNMAR C. GONZALES, successfully ensured a safe and solemn celebration of the Epiphany of Our Lord Co-Cathedral Parish | Lingayen
Through the seamless collaboration of our officers, the PNP-COPS CARE, and the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) Lingayen, we were able to provide full security coverage and smooth traffic management for all the devotees and participants of the Solemn Procession.
We are proud to report a peaceful event with zero incidents—a true testament to what we can achieve when the community and law enforcement work hand-in-hand.
