Launching of the Provincial Corporate Farming Program and Memorandum of Agreement Signing

JULY 7, 2023: LMP Pangasinan Chapter President and Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil attends the Launching of the Provincial Corporate Farming Program and Memorandum of Agreement Signing with Program Partners, LGUs and Farmer Cooperative and Association(FCA) Beneficiaries today, held at the Ramon J. Guico Sr. Sports and Civic Center in the municipality of Binalonan, Pangasinan.
Provincial Officials headed by Governor Ramon V. Guico III were also present to grace the occasion together with NIA Region I Regional Manager Engr. Gaudencio De Vera and Usec. Leocadio S. Sebastian, Undersecretary for Rice Industry Development Department of Agriculture.
The distribution of agricultural inputs to the two IAs of Pangasinan, Brgy. Cabatuan Alaminos Federation Irrigators Association and Riverside Irrigators Association from Umingan is also one of the highlights of the program.
NIA Region I assures its commitment in prioritizing the welfare of the Filipino farmers through the infrastracture irrigation projects regionwide.
Provincial and local government units including Lingayen thanked the national agencies involved, for their support to the make this program possible. (MIO)
