JANUARY 17, 2023: LGU Lingayen as one of the qualifiers for the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Digital Governance Awards with project title, Civil Registration Made Easier Through Digitalization. Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with Municipal Civil Registrar Jojo Lopez and Municipal Administrator Roberto Sylim, served as speakers on behalf of the LGU.
