LGU Lingayen gathered at the Atrium Hall for a Holy Mass

Today, the LGU Lingayen gathered at the Atrium Hall for a Holy Mass presided over by Most Rev. Fidelis Layog D.D. Joined by Mayora Josefina “Iday” Castañeda, Municipal Administrator Lydia Pioquinto, department heads and employees.
The service was a meaningful time for prayer and reflection. Beyond the spiritual blessing, this gathering reminded us all of our shared mission to serve our community with unity and dedication.
