This campaign was created by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), which aims to revive and uplift the culture of discipline among the people wherein everyone is participating and knows his role and responsibilities in helping to achieve the real change we have been longing for not only for the municipality of Lingayen but also for the entire nation.

Although the Provincial Director P/Colonel Redrico A. Maranan missed the event, he sends his short message. Col. Maranan then emphasizes the campaign’s target to instill discipline among the people so that they will be encouraged to support in sustaining peace and order in the country.

In line with this campaign, roads clearing operations in different parts of the country will continue.
