Lingayen Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council convene this morning to prepare for possible rescue, evacuation and relief operation brought by the torrential rain due to Habagat. LDRRMO, PNP and other support agencies were directed by MDRRMC chairman, Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil to stay on full/heightened alert for possible response needed.
