Lingayen Municipal Public Library

May 7, 2026 Since the Lingayen Municipal Public Library moved to its New Home from July 16, 2025 to present. Support from a Local Government Unit (LGU) plays a vital role in the progress and development of a public library. When a Local Government Unit fully supports its Public Library, the library becomes more effective in serving the community. Moreover, progress and development naturally follow.

The Lingayen Municipal Public Library extends its heartfelt and sincerest gratitude to Hon. Mayor Josefina “Iday” V. Castaneda and Hon. Vice Mayor Jay Mark Kevin D. Crisostomo for their unwavering love, dedication, and continued support for the library and its programs.
