The Lingayen Municipal Public Library proudly served as the venue for the special meeting of the officers and members of the Philippine Alliance of Retired Educators (PARE) – Lingayen Chapter, led by its President Dr. Linda Andaya. The gathering was further honored by the presence of Elnora Dudang, President of the Lingayen People’s Council.
