Qualification:
1. *Must be bonafide resident of Municipality of Lingayen;
2. Must be FIRST YEAR COLLEGE and ENROLLED in the higher education institution;
3. Must pass the scholarship examination and validation.
APPLICANTS MUST SECURE THE FOLLOWING (Requirements):

2. Social Case Study Report from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office
3. Income Tax Return of Parents / Guardian (For Government Employee) / Barangay Certification
indicating employment of Parents / Guardians(For Non-Government Employee)
4. Barangay Certificate of Residency.
5. Certificate of Enrollment / Certificate of Registration
6. Valid ID (HS ID is accepted)
