March 10, 2025: Regular Monday flag-raising ceremony by the municipal employees of Lingayen, headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem.

Today’s guest speaker was Former Senator Leila De Lima. In her brief message, she fondly reminisced about her collaboration with Mayor Bataoil during their time as Chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights and NCRPO Chief, respectively. She praised Mayor Bataoil for his sincerity, honesty, and unwavering dedication to public service, qualities he has embodied since his early days in uniform. De Lima also encouraged municipal employees to uphold the Lingkod ng Bayan oath, emphasizing the importance of commitment to truth and justice.

The ceremony also included a special recognition for outstanding individuals and organizations:
– Ms. Ruella Mae Lopez (SB Legislative), Ms. April Mae TRosario (SB Legislative), and Ms. Erizl DL. Cabotaje (RHU III) who recently passed the Criminologists Licensure Examination

– Mr. Mack Jevo Gacad, a dedicated Coastal Eco Warrior from Brgy. Libsong East

– Brgy. Libsong East Kababaihan Association, for their contributions to community development
