Mayor Bataoil Serves as GOHS During the 28th Police Community Relations Month Celebration

League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) Pangasinan Chapter and Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil serves as guest of honor and speaker during the kick-ff ceremony of the 28th Police Community Relations Month Celebration at Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1), Camp Oscar M. Florendo, San Fernando City, La Union.

This year’s PCR Month theme is “Serbisyong Nagkakaisa para sa Ligtas at Maunlad na Pamayanan”.

Mayor Bataoil in his message, emphasized that the policemen must be seen, felt and experienced by the people at all times. He also stressed the importance of winning the love and support of the community by delivering basic services to far-flung areas. “To all the awardees, congratulations. What you are doing does not only make the PNP proud but also the entire Region 1,” he added.

PRO1 headed by Regional Director, Police Brigadier General John C Chua and Regional Director, National Police Commission Regional Office 1, Dir. George Aplas D Daskeo were also present to lead the celebration.

The said PCR Month Celebration was highlighted by the awarding of Plaques of Recognition to deserving Police Commissioned Officers (PCO), Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) and Non- Uniformed Personnel (NUP), who excelled during the conduct of the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) feat of Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD), reportedly garnering an average of 99.62% that resulted to the No. 2 rank in unit in the Police Community Relation National Level from May 2022 to April 2023.
