MAYOR BATAOIL VISITS PUERTO PRINCESA, SERVES AS GOHS IN THE CITY’S FLAG CEREMONY

League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) Pangasinan Chapter President and National Spokesperson, Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil served as guest of honor and speaker during the Flag Raising Ceremony of Puerto Princesa City LGU in Palawan on November 20, 2023.
Mayor Bataoil was warmly welcomed by the city government employees and officials led by City Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron. Puerto Princesa also recently celebrated the 2nd International Dragon Boat Festival 2023, a famous tourism activity in the city and was personally witnessed by Mayor Bataoil.
Together with Municipal Civil Registrar Jojo Lopez, the good Mayor also took the chance to learn about the best practices of the City that could later be applied in the capital town.
The two local government units were also discussing about the plan of a Sisterhood Agreement that would benefit both parties. (MIO)
