Monday flag ceremony by the Municipal employees of Lingayen

JUNE 5, 2023: Monday flag ceremony by the Municipal employees of Lingayen headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil, together with the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan led by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter Malicdem.

Joining the Flag Ceremony today are the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Regional Assessment Team headed by LGOO Cluster VII Roger P. Daguioag, together with LGOO III Ma. Beverly Ines-Baquiran, and Civil Society Organization Representative Bishop Ricardo Flores. Also present in this morning ceremony is DILG Pangasinan Provincial Director Virgilio P. Sison and the officials of thirty two (32) Barangays of Lingayen.

This week’s host of the ceremony is the Municipal Tourism Office.
