Monday Flag Ceremony by the Municipal Employees of Lingayen Spearheaded by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem

JULY 3, 2023: Monday flag ceremony by the Municipal employees of Lingayen spearheaded by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem, and Members of the Sangguniang Bayan as representatives of Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil today, coincides with the kick-off ceremony of the National Nutrition Month Celebration and National Disaster Resilience Month.

Mayor Bataoil, through VM Malicdem, extends his gratitude to the Barangay Captains in Lingayen for their commendable performance in obtaining the “Unmodified Opinion” from the Commission on Audit (COA) for their Annual Audit Reports and to our two(2) kabaleyans who received recognition for their academic awards at the University of Santo Tomas.

Today’s guest speaker is District Public Attorney Raymund V. Tugade, from the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Lingayen. According to Atty. Tugade, Lingayen is his beloved hometown and he assured that the Public Attorney’s Office is always open to serve the public, especially those who are aggrieved and oppressed Lingayenenses.
