Monday flag-raising ceremony by the municipal employees of Lingayen, headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil, Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem with Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Managers, and employees.

Mayor Bataoil expressed his appreciation for the dedication and tireless efforts of the municipal employees, who continuously serve the needs of the Lingayenenses. He also highlighted the local government’s commitment in ensuring the accessibility and availability of key facilities and services for its constituents, such as the Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) which provided efficient and streamlined assistance to local businesses.
