Monday Flag-raising Ceremony | November 20, 2023

November 20, 2023: Monday flag-raising ceremony by the municipal employees of Lingayen, led by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter Malicdem, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and Municipal Administrator Roberto Sylim, as representatives of Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil today, as well as the awarding certificates of commendation to Philippine National Police (PNP) Lingayen Station and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Lingayen for their outstanding service especially during major events and activities in Lingayen.
Today’s guest is Mr. Silvestre A. Rayos Jr., our kabaleyan from Solis Street, Poblacion and a balik-bayan from USA, who donated a portion of his land for the proposed housing development project of the municipality.
Mayor Bataoil, through the Municipal Administrator, invited and encouraged all the employees of the different departments and offices to participate in the forthcoming events of LGU Lingayen. This week’s host of the ceremony is the Human Resources and Management Office.
