Municipal Development Council Central District Meeting chaired by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil was held today at the Lingayen Civic Center

Various programs and projects for Lingayen was presented to the council composed of Punong Barangays. Also invited in the said meeting were Vice-Mayor Judy Vargas-Quiocho, SB Chairman on Appropriation, Coun. JM Crisostomo, Municipal Administrator Roberto Sylim and members of the local finance committee and other concerned agencies. While the Municipal Planning and Development Office serves as the secretariat of the said council meeting.
