Orientation for Programs and Activities (November-December 2026)

OCTOBER 24 & 28, 2025: The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), together with the DSWD 4Ps LINK, Philippine National Police-Lingayen (PNP), and the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), gathered the out-of-school youths from the different barangays of Lingayen for their orientation regarding the programs and activities intended for them this November-December 2026 and for the whole year of 2026.
One of the highlights of the said activity is the reorganization and election of the PAG-ASA Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP)-Lingayen Chapter.
Programs in livelihood training in agriculture production, the youth for peace campaign, mental health awareness, health and nutrition, educational assistance, and even sports tournaments are the intended activities for our dear OSYs.
Kaya naman, kung ikaw ay kabilang sa OSY, huwag nang magpahuli at samahan ninyo kami tungo sa isang inklusibo at produktibong kinabukasan ng mga kabataan ng Lingayen!
