PASYAR PANGASINAN: Inspiring Out-of-School Youth in Lingayen

APRIL 22, 2026: Project TAYO Session 3 PASYAR PANGASINAN : The Tour for Out-of-School Youths (OSYs) of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) in collaboration with JCI Lingayen Liberation 2 for their JCI Week Celebration 2026.
The activity started at the 2nd floor of the Lingayen Evacuation Center for the presentation of upcoming programs, projects, and activities of the Local Government Unit of Lingayen, especially for youth development.
Afterwhich, the participants went to the Banaan Museum for the educational tour courtesy of JCI Liberation II. They went also to the Office of Mayora Josefina V. Castañeda for the courtesy visit.
