LGU Lingayen represented by Municipal Administrator Roberto DG Sylim is one of the recipients of Plaque of Appreciation and invited guests of Vice President Sara Duterte during the 2025 OVP “Pasidungog” at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City on Monday.

As to the OVP, “Pasidungog” is a joyous celebration of gratitude and recognition, honoring the invaluable contributions of individuals and partners who’ve been instrumental in advancing the OVP’s mission to serve the nation and build a better future.
