Policy Forum and Consultation on the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Bill

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Lingayen, represented by the SK Chairpersons from the 4 barangays of our municipality, Hon. Melanie Aquino of Brgy. Domalandan West, Hon. Jan Dave Mangaliag of Brgy. Baay, Hon. Jan Mark Sison of Brgy. Pangapisan North, and Hon. Aron James De Guzman of Brgy. Domalandan East, attended the Policy Forum and Consultation on the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Bill at Novotel, Araneta Center, Quezon City, from October 17 to 19, 2025.
The said event was organized by the Philippine Legislators’ Committee on Population and Development (PLCPD), with support from UNICEF Philippines and in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
We are very grateful for the opportunity they gave to our dear SK officials to represent the capital town and the Province of Pangasinan for the said national consultation.
