Project Tawiran Courtesy Visit and Meeting in Barangay Pangapisan North

December 19,2025: The Local Youth Development Office led by YDO John Mark Mangapot, assisted the Provincial Government of Pangasinan though the Pangasinan Polytechnic College, Provincial Youth Development Office, and the Office of the Governor for the courtesy visit and meeting with the Barangay Council led by PB Johnamer Viray and Sangguniang Kabataan Council led by SKC Jan Mark Sison of Barangay Pangapisan North.
The said meeting was intended for the Project Tawiran (Promoting and Teaching about Literacy and Values Formation) of the Provincial Government wherein, we are very lucky that the Barangay Pangapisan North is one of the three recipient barangay of the said project in the whole province of Pangasinan.
Tara na kabataang Lingayenense at abangan ang mga susunod na kaganapan kaugnay sa makabuluhang proyekto na ito.
