In observance of Executive Order No. 85-JVC, Series of 2025, the Municipality of Lingayen announces the following on November 9–10, 2025:
LIQUOR BAN
Temporary prohibition on the sale, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages in all public places on November 9–10, 2025.
NO SWIMMING POLICY
Swimming, fishing, boating, water-related activities along the coastal areas of Lingayen are strictly prohibited on November 9–10, 2025, to ensure public safety.
