PUBLIC ADVISORY

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 16, Series of 2026 issued by the Municipality of Lingayen, classes in all levels (public and private schools) are suspended on March 18, 2026 in celebration of the Bagoong Festival.

🚦 Traffic Scheme / Temporary Road Closure
To ensure safety and smooth flow of activities during the festivities, the following roads will be temporarily closed from 5:00 AM of March 20, 2026 to 5:00 AM of March 21, 2026.
• Plaza Circle
• Bengson St.
• Torres Bugallon St.
• Heroes St.

Motorists are advised to take alternative routes and follow the directions of traffic enforcers.
