PUBLIC ADVISORY: Temporary Suspension of Community Gatherings in Lingayen

To all residents of the Municipality of Lingayen, please be informed of a recent memorandum issued today, March 24, 2026, by the Office of the Mayor regarding Energy Conservation Measures.
In compliance with the national directive (Memorandum Circular No. 114) from the Office of the President, our local government is implementing a temporary suspension of large community gatherings to ensure the efficient use of our energy resources.
