3.Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
4.The organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of winners before awarding prizes.
5.Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
6.Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
All proceeds will go to the Cultural Presentation and Capital Town Fiesta 2026 expenses.
