Regular Monday Flag Raising Ceremony

Regular Monday flag-raising ceremony by the municipal employees of Lingayen, headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem.

Coinciding today’s ceremony is the awarding of the Certificate of Recognition to the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay (SGLGB) 2024 awardees namely Barangay Pangapisan North and Barangay Namolan for the exemplary commitment to good governance.

Also joining the ceremony were the following distinguished guests: Bugallon Parent and Teachers Association (PTA), Atty. Army P. Santos from the Office of Bam Aquino, Ms. Helen Casaclang of the South Francisco Golden Gate Lions Club District 4-C4 California, and the Limgas na Baley ed Lingayen beauties.

The following employees were acknowledged in the ceremony for their dedicated service to the municipality:

– Marlyn E. Navarro – Daycare Worker I, MSWDO (25 years)
– Grace Satuito – Planning Officer II, MENRO (15 years)

Before concluding, Mayor Bataoil commended all the municipal employees for adhering to the Civil Service Commission’s prescribed ASEAN-inspired dress code, emphasizing professionalism in public service. A special Best Dressed Employees recognition was also conducted.

This week’s host of the ceremony is the Municipal Agriculture Office.
