Regular Monday Flag Raising Ceremony

Regular Monday flag-raising ceremony by the municipal employees of Lingayen headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem.

This morning’s event also featured the Awarding of Certificates to four (4) Loyalty Awardees in recognition of their years of dedicated service, as well as the announcement of winners from the recently concluded Lingayen Bagoong Festival 2025 Vlogging Competition.
Loyalty Awardees

– 1st Runner-up: Steven Jerald Dizon
– 2nd Runner-up: Isaiah John Gregorio
– Consolation Prizes: Darren Caguioa, Neil Urbano, Horst Bauberger, Genesis Lawrence Cruz

In his message, Mayor Bataoil emphasized the importance of unity and service beyond political differences. He reminded all municipal employees that their shared love for Lingayen must always prevail, urging everyone to set aside politics and work hand in hand for the continuous progress of their beloved hometown.

Today’s flag-raising ceremony was hosted by the Municipal Legal Office.
