Regular Monday flag-raising ceremony by the municipal employees of Lingayen headed by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil together with the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Mac Dexter G. Malicdem.

During the program, the municipality proudly recognized outstanding Lingayenenses who have recently brought honor to our hometown in their respective fields:

– Ms. Kyle Mejan M. Viray, for placing 7th in the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Examination.
– Ms. Felicity C. Mamplata, crowned Limgas na Pangasinan World 2025 last April 25, 2025, at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center.
– Gen. Roberto DG. Sylim, recipient of the Golden Medallion Award as one of the Golden Jubilarians of the Philippine Air Force Flying School Batch 1975, was honored at Fernando Air Base, Lipa City, Batangas on April 26, 2025.

The municipality also celebrated the service and dedication of the following Loyalty Awardees:

– Glynise M. Bautista, Municipal Engineering Office (10 years)
– Arnulfo D. Manuel, Market and Slaughterhouse (10 years)
– Carlos M. Santos, Market and Slaughterhouse (10 years)
– Darius C. Santos, Mayor’s Office (10 years)
– Jemar S. Cruz, Mayor’s Office (10 years)
– Gerardo E. Albao, Municipal Engineering Office (10 years)
– Tomas B. Reyes, General Services Office (20 years)

LGU Lingayen warmly welcomed the PNHS Batch 1971 alumni, Balikbayans, and the seniors from Barangay Matalava, who will tour the newly inaugurated Lingayen Municipal Hall Atrium following the flag-raising ceremony.

This week’s host of the ceremony is the General Services Office.
