SANTING: LINGAYEN YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARD ( SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCILS OF LINGAYEN)

This award is to give recognition to the vital role of Sangguniang Kabataan in nation-building as youth leaders, and to acknowledge the essence of institutionalizing the search for the most outstanding SK Council to keep them motivated, committed, and continue improving their programs, projects, and activities to appropriately address youth concerns in their respective jurisdiction.

The primary participants of this activity are the
thirty-two (32) Sangguniang Kabataan Councils in the Municipality of Lingayen. The period for the evaluation shall be from the months of December 2024-November 2025.

The awarding ceremony will be on December 27, 2025, during the Sangguniang Kabataan Night, as part of the celebration of the Lingayen Cultural Presentation 2026.

The Top Three (3) with the highest scores will be chosen as the Outstanding SK Councils of Lingayen for the year 2025.
