Seed Capital Fund to 10 Barangay Associations in Lingayen

Department of Social Welfare and Development Office-Sustainable Livelihood Program ( DSWDS-SLP) Field Office 1 award Seed Capital Fund to 10 barangay associations in Lingayen through Mayor Leopold N. Bataoil which aims to increase the capacity of a particular community to engage in local economic activities and train the associations to manage their livelihood. Also present in the event were Vice-Mayor Judy Vargas-Quiocho, Councilor JM Crisostomo and Municipal Administrator Roberto Sylim assisted by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
