Signing of Deed of Usufruct (DOU)

Signing of Deed of Usufruct (DOU) between Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and LGU Lingayen was done today by Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil and CDA Chairman, Usec Joseph Encabo and witnessed by Vice-Mayor Judy Vargas-Quiocho and other Assistant Secretaries of the said national agency, as an agreement for the lot donation of the LGU to CDA to put-up their Regional Office at the Lingayen Government Center. To coincide with the 30th Anniversary of CDA Region 1 and retirement celebration of Regional Director Dr. Josefina Bitonio.
